x201 + ultrabase + dvi 그리고 i-rocks kr-6402 :: 2011/02/18 02:05

어제 데스크탑 hdd가 맛이 가서 불량 섹터 찾느라 fdisk 돌리고 새벽에야 비로소 외장 USB 하드로의 데이터 이전이 끝났다. 아 힘들다.


hdd를 싼 놈을 하나 사와서 새로 윈도우를 세팅하고 드라이버를 잡고, 유틸들을 설치하고, 개발환경을 세팅해야 한다는 생각에 이미 머리가 아파온다. 귀찮아졌다. 그래서 데스크탑 안 쓰기로 결정을 한다. hdd 는 나중에 싼놈으로 하나 사서 윈도우 설치하고 주변의 지인에게 주기로 했다.
사양은 cpu가 amd xp5000+(dual core) 에 2gb 의 램이 꽂혀 있는 녀석이라 3d 게임 매니아만 아니라면 기본적으로 어떤 작업이든 할 수 있는 사양이다.
암튼 나중에 hdd 를 사와서 달아야겠다. sata를 지원하는 ssd를 달아볼까 살짝 욕심이 생기기도 한다.


그리고 이제 놋북만으로 생활하기로 했다.

일단 놋북은 현재 x201을 사용하고 있는데 이 놈 참으로 좋은 물건이다. 유일한 단점이라면 모니터 출력이 d-sub만 지원한다. 이건 일부러 레노버에서 울트라베이스(도킹 스테이션)를 팔아 먹을라고 한 게 아닌가 의심이 든다. 암튼 울베(울트라베이스)는 display port 라는 진화된 형태의 모니터 출력을 해주니 그 놈을 질러서 집에서는 x201 + 울베의 환경으로 환경을 조성하기로 했다. 그리고 질렀다. 내일인 19일 정도에 도착하지 않을까 싶다.
이렇게 해서 기본적인 작업환경은 x201으로 통일하였다.

그리고 오후에 테크노마트에 가서 display port to dvi 젠더를 사왔다. 저렴한 가격 5천원. 곧 도착하는 울베와 x201로 dvi를 볼 수 있게된다니 가슴이 설레인다. x201이라는 훌륭한 놋북으로 dvi 를 연결할 수 있다는 설레임이 뭔가 아이러니하기도 하다 ㅋ

그리고 기존에 사용하던 키보드가 ps2라 usb 키보드를 하나 장만하였다.



i-rocks kr-6402 라는 물건이다. 원래 펜타그래프 방식의 키보드를 증오하는 편이나 디자인에서 도저히 눈을 뗄 수가 없었다. 애플도 좋아하는 편은 아니지만 애플 기기와 디자인 면에서는 상당히 잘 맞을 것 같은 물건이다. 단점은 역시나 펜타그래프... 키감... 젝일... ㅋㅋ 그리고 높 낮이 조절이 안된다. ㅋㅋ 일단 나중에 리얼포스를 사는 날까지만 사용하기로 했다.
디자인은 정말... 좋다...;;; 실물로 보면 여인네들은 지름신 강림 가능성이 큰 물건으로 보인다. 펜타그래프 키보드 치고는 비싼 가격이다.


일단 이 정도로 앞으로의 작업환경 정리는 끝났다.


기존에는 데스크탑을 책상 아래로 빼서 썼기 때문에 선들을 숨길 수가 있었는데, 울베를 연결하기 위해서 선들을 위로 빼 놓은 상태라 책상이 산만한 느낌이든다. 일단 울베가 도착하면 다시 정리를 해야겠다.



빨리 와라 울베~ 너만을 기다린다~


울베 다음은 SSD 로 hdd를 교체해야 하나... 그리고 그 이후에는 WWAN? 욕심이 점점 ㅠ.ㅜ
